Shipping

Our shipping cost is calculated according to the weight of the products you purchase based upon the following table:

up to 100g £1.00
100g up to 500g £3.25
500g up to 10kg £9.00
10kg and above £15.00

For example:
One cake tin equals approximately 450g including packaging and so the cost of postage for a single tin is £3.25
For two cake tins, the weight is 900g, and so the shipping cost will be £9.00
The shipping cost for a chocolate fountain is £15.00 and any other items ordered with a chocolate fountain would not incur any extra shipping cost to you, although, we may ship the extra items in separate packaging at no extra cost to you, depending upon the size and weight.

The reason for the pricing difference is that items over 500g in weight will be sent via next day national courier instead of the standard Royal Mail 2-3 day delivery.

For Hand Crafted Chocolate Products

There is a one off delivery cost of £15.00 per order regardless of the size and weight of the order. They are packaged and delivered in specially insulated boxes and will be handled carefully by our designated courier.

For Handcrafted and Special Order Products

Delivery will be 14-28 days.

Special Area Pricing

For orders to Scotland and the Highlands, The Hebrides Islands, The Shetlands Islands, Northern and Southern Ireland, The Isle of Man and the Channel Islands please telephone us so we can manually adjust your postage and packing charges as our courier imposes an extra charge for delivery to these areas. We apologise for this inconvenience, but we do not, as yet, have the facility in place to adjust postage depending upon your postcode and we would prefer that you knew the shipping cost prior to finalising your order.

If you live in the Sale and Altrincham areas

and would like to personally collect your order, please telephone us and we can manually adjust your shipping charge and arrange a collection date and time.

Returns Policy

Under the distance selling regulations, you may cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods. This does not apply to food items; Sugarpaste; hand made chocolate products; special orders or personalised items.
Returned goods must be received by us unopened, unused and in resaleable condition.
Safe return of the goods is your responsibility and you are advised to take out postal insurance to cover the cost of the goods in the event of their loss.
We cannot process a refund unless and until the above conditions have been satisified.
In the unlikely event of faulty goods being received, either food or non-food items, please telephone or e-mail us with the details of the problem. We will dispatch replacement products where possible, or offer a full refund. We reserve the right to ask for safe return of the goods to us for inspection and if found to be faulty will refund the cost of the postage incurred and the purchase price of the faulty goods.
